Aerobic Conditioning

Aerobic conditioning includes muscle strenthening and endurance workouts for all the body's major muscle groups. Because there is no dancing, jumping, stepping, or choreography to learn, aerobic conditioning is ideal for those who dislike or cannot perform high impact workouts. Aerobic conditioning also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one's bone desity. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.

Zumba

A fitness program inspired by Latin dance and music. Zumba combines Latin rythms with a cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow and uses a variety of styles in its routines, including cumbia, merenque, salsa, reggaeton, hip-hop, mambo, rumba, and calypso. Music selections include fast and slow rythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
